Les Gets named as start town for 2023 Tour de France
Exciting news for a town experienced in hosting world class cycling events
For the first time in the town's history, Les Gets has been announced as the starting town for stage 15 of the Tour de France on Sunday 16th July 2023.
Riders and supporters alike can be sure to receive an enthusiastic and warm welcome from a town that has a solid track record in hosting big cycling events, including the Criterium du Dauphine, MTB World Cup and UCI World Championships. A popular and renowned playground for all bike lovers, the area boasts spectacular scenery and some seriously challenging routes.
The 110th Tour will start in the Basque city of Bilbao on Saturday 1st July 2023, before winding its way across France towards the Alps, ready to start the 15th stage in Les Gets on Sunday 16th July. For more information on the route and all things 'Tour', visit the official race website.
